Leslie Morris, ADHD Life Coach and Founder of Thrive with ADHD, is passionate about working with children, teens and adults who are struggling with addictions or dependencies in the areas of gaming social media and other technology-related areas. Leslie specializes in coaching those fighting addiction who also have ADHD and/or High Functioning Autism.

Even though Leslie has experience training and coaching at the corporate world, successfully navigated a high-level corporate career herself with ADHD, and started two successful home-based businesses, she decided to seek extra training specific to coaching children, teens, college students and families, as well as corporate employees specifically with ADHD. Leslie received this training from the ICF Approved Training Program at the International ADHD Coach Training Center. Leslie is also a part of a National and International Speaking team, telling her story about her family’s experience with Internet Gaming Addiction.

Leslie spent her corporate career coaching project managers. She assisted corporate project managers to effectively deal with challenges that prevented them from achieving the success they were striving for. Leslie left her corporate career to raise her family. Both of her children are twice exceptional. (Gifted with Learning Disability). She has successfully raised a daughter with ADHD/Anxiety/Dyslexia, using her coaching skills to help her achieve beyond her disabilities, including graduating college with honors.

Her son (now a high schooler) however, began to drown in the deep abyss of Gaming Addiction, dragging the entire extended family with him starting in his fifth-grade year. Bringing her experience as a Corporate Coach, Leslie formed “Team RJ”, (including Game Quitters as part of that team; RJ’s new goal is to beat Cam at Chess someday) to help her son recover, and she began to work with parents going through the same experience with their child/teen. Leslie coaches clients to build strategies and implement tools to help parents and their loved ones to be healthy and successful in this crazy, technological world we now live in.

Leslie serves as a parent advisor/resource for Reset Summer Camps, a fun-filled Clinical Detox Program with sessions for ages 8-26. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), ACO (ADHD Coaches Association, and ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association). Leslie holds a MS Degree in Business from California State University, Chico and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
